About Us
Amanda purchased the established business on the 25th July 2003 and set about making it unique & her own from day one, trying not to change it too much but still allowing her creative side to come to the fore. In doing so the Balloon, Décor & Delivery side of the business has doubled (nearly tripled) & the Fancy Dress & Accessories side has grown in its own right also.
Amanda is an active member of two industry associations - “ Balloon Artists & Suppliers Association of Australasia - NSW”, and “Qualatex Balloon Network” and she is also a member of the Windang Chamber of Commerce.
Amanda has attended numerous training events including Balloon Artists & Suppliers Association of NSW training, training sessions arranged by Premier Balloons & Qualatex Balloons & also attended The Biannual Australasian Balloon Convention in 2005 & 2007 – all of which included training from both Nationally & Internationally Accredited Facilitators. At the 2007 Convention (The Art Of Balloons) Amanda decided to enter some of the competitions just for the experience, and in her first year competing came home with a 1st Place Trophy for Best Bouquet & Gift Delivery with her own Baby “Bill Loon” with B’loon Blooms – an exclusive design created by Amanda - parts of the design were however created using adaptations from her balloon training. (A special Thank-you to Ken Stillman, creator of the Superhero Face which was adapted to create the babies head) Amanda is looking forward to the next convention in Melbourne 2009 where she will endeavor to defend her title & also hopes to enter the Coveted “Designer of the Year” category in competition.
Training is a priority for Amanda as she says “it keeps you up to date with the latest designs & ideas and keeps your creative juices flowing” . Amanda also has an extensive personal library of Balloon Magazines & Books on both Décor & Twisting & Numerous Instructional DVDs & Videos on Balloon Décor & Twisting, giving her a creative edge that most of her competitors do not have. She is dedicated to creating new items and setting her business aside from the rest through exclusive designs that don’t cost the earth.

We also can arrange an onsite quote if you would prefer to meet at the venue – this is a must for functions at home, work or in a venue we are not familiar with - but notice is required.
